Return Policy:
Generally, Cletop.Com does not allow returns unless we did not ship the correct Part Number specified on the original order.To insure the proper Part Number is specified, we request that the customer contact us if there is any doubt as to the proper Cletop product required.
If a return is allowed, the customer MUST obtain an RMA from Cletop.Com. The customer will be liable for all shipping charges to return the product to Cletop.Com in addition to a 20% restocking fee unless Cletop.Com did not send the Product specified on the original order. In that instance, Cletop.Com will provide the customer with the necessary shipping information and there will be no restocking fee.
Cletop.Com will not accept returned products for the following reasons:
1. Customer has had the product for more than 90 days.
2. Product, or any part of product, has been used or product box not acceptable for resale.
3. Customer specified the wrong Part Number.
International Shipping:
All Duties, Taxes, and Fees are the responsibility of the Customer. Any Duties, Taxes, and Fees billed to the shipper will be re-billed to the Customer.
All shipments are EXW McKinney, TX USA
Sales Tax:
Orders shipped within Texas will be charged 8.25% Texas Sales Tax unless a Sales Tax Exemption Certificate is provided.
